Just type in your NCEZ username, password, then dial! Easy. Bills will be sent by e-mail on the first day of the month and are due by the tenth of that month. If payment is not received by the 15th, your account will be automatically cut off. If your account is cut off, just pay what is past due and it will be cut back on.. no fee!
